At the Foo Fighters Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your rock gear. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn fashion items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
